The local-first release path is public now. You can download the Windows installer, the CLI zip, and the checksum manifest without sending contact details first.

What changed

CLI and TUI downloads are direct public release assets.
The TUI ships inside the same public CLI bundle and launches with `dropply-cli tui`.
Hosted sign-in stays optional and separate from the local-first download flow.
Setup calls remain available as optional onboarding support.

If you only need the local-first desktop, CLI, or TUI workflow, download the build and start pairing. Accounts and hosted continuity remain additive features, not a prerequisite for the core product.
